Acquawise Consulting, L.da is based in Óbidos, Portugal, and practices hands-on consultancy and capacity building in management, operation and safety of drinking water supply and sanitation systems.

Acquawise provides expert advice to public and private companies responsible for the water supply and sanitation systems, as well as to governmental institutions and regulatory bodies.

The main objective of Acquawise is to support more integrated and sustainable management practices. Whenever possible, Acquawise promotes the closure of the water and nutrients cycle, by reuse of treated wastewater and application of treated sewage sludge, always safeguarding human health and protection of the environment.
